Job Title : Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our social media presence.

You will also be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, including creating and implementing content calendars, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics. Additionally, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for our social media channels.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Our ideal candidate will have :

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective features
• Strong writing and visual content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
