Content Strategist

About the Role

• Create user assistance deliverables to empower users in deploying, administering and utilizing SAP software.
• Conduct thorough testing of the software described in UA deliverables.
• Promote software usability by reviewing UI screens and texts.
• Organize content and select distribution channels based on information needs of target groups.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance quality of deliverables.
• Prioritize content preparation for delivery including provision of metadata following standard production process.
