Executive Secretary Cum Office & HR Administrator

• Graduate (or ) Post Graduate degree from known university
• Minimum Fifteen years of experience as ‘ Executive Secretary ’ with intensive involvement in ‘Office Administration & HR works’ in a reputed contracting company.
• At least Six years Gulf experience is must (out of total experience)
• Good Communication skills in English
• Pleasing personality and ability of work under pressure
• Responsibilities will include but not limited to following;
• Executive Secretarial works (with Shorthand & High speed typing of Letters and emails ; handling of emails etc.)
• Computers & Office Equipment Management (including coordination with local telecom services provider, namely BATELCO)
• HR Related works
• Ministry Licenses – Renewals etc. (Ministry of Works; Bahrain, Civil Defense; Electricity & Water Authority, Commercial Registration etc.)
• Petty Cash Handling
• Arrangement of Visit Visas of Different Countries & Air ticket & Hotel Booking (including LPO preparation)
• Controlling Printing & Stationeries
• Postage, Renewal of PO Box & Purchase of Stamp papers
• Handling of Original Passports
• Coordination for ISO
• Office Cleanliness (including Plants, fish tanks etc.)
• Salary shall be BD 500 / - per month

• Gratuity, Leave Salary as per Bahrain’s Labour Laws.
