Role Overview :

We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the end to end warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring accurate stock control at DailyObjects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with warehouse processes, and the ability to implement systems that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment and movement across locations.
  • Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency, space utilization, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Implement SOPs for warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Monitor workforce productivity, allocate resources, and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain records of stock levels, damaged / returned goods, and generate MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan stock Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2) 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle product industries.

3) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP / WMS software.

4) Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and manage large-scale operations.

5) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

6) Strong communication and vendor management skills.

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
