- 7 + years experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience working as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementation.
- Good experience working on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
- Good experience creating Web Api, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with various external and internal systems.
- Experience working on SSRS / Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Good hands on experience working on Customer Service modules.
- Advising on best practices for CRM development or integration processes.
- Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them Writing Technical specifications.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration / deployment Environments Estimating the Change requests
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge
- Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening and consultative approach

- Should have good communication, leadership and team handling Skills :
- Experience in Health Domain
- Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power platform.
- Experience with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques
