Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Panel Onboarding Team Lead to manage the onboarding of freelance interview panels. You'll lead a team of recruiters, ensure smooth sourcing and onboarding processes, and maintain exceptional service quality for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to source and onboard freelance interview panel members.
- Ensure team targets for sourcing and onboarding are consistently met.
Panel Sourcing & Onboarding :
Oversee sourcing efforts using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases.Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of panel members into Incruiter's system.Apply strong technical understanding of IT roles (Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.) to identify and assess relevant talent.Relationship Management :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with onboarded panel members.Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions promptly.Quality Assurance :
Ensure panels align with client-specific job descriptions and maintain high-quality standards.Reporting & Coordination :
Share regular performance updates and onboarding metrics with leadership.Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure goal alignment and service excellence.Qualifications :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.Proven team leadership and people management experience.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience in freelancer or consultant relationship management is an added plus.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
