Job Description

Primary Responsibilities :

Lead HAM lifecycle setup : request, procurement, receipt, deployment, disposal

Configure asset models, asset workflows, and inventory management

Integrate HAM with CMDB, Procurement and Discovery tools

Implement data normalization, reconciliation and audits

Define roles, asset states, SLAs, and hardware catalog items

Develop reports, dashboards and ensure data integrity

Primary Skills (Must-Have) :

Strong experience in HAM module implementation (OOB)

ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer)

CMDB integration and asset discovery process

Lifecycle state model, Asset Repository, and normalization rules
