Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Chennai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The agent will also be responsible for market analysis and staying informed about local real estate trends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Experience in Sales within the real estate industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site setting
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Chennai is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
