We are excited to welcome a Technical Recruiter to our growing team. At Intellibus, we don't just hire engineers, we find future leaders. Our recruiting team has successfully sourced the top 10% of engineering talent supporting the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We're now looking for professionals who can help us continue that momentum.

We are seeking full-time Technical Recruiters with at least 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. This is a remote position (EST / US working hours) focused on hiring for roles in high-growth, venture-funded startups, especially those in the fintech domain.

You'll work closely with leadership to find talent across roles like Java Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Distinguished Engineers, and Engineering Managers, primarily those who have worked under tight deadlines in startup environments.

Summary :

• Proactively source candidates using , job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
• Role Focus Areas, Technical Delivery Leads Chief Architects, Java Architects, Distinguished Engineers, & UI Architects.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes
