Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers using Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution to minimise churn.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
Identify and execute upsell opportunities for Microsoft services to existing customers.
Drive cross-sell initiatives by introducing Mimecast and Acronis services to customers who have not yet adopted them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewals, upsell / cross-sell activities, and payment status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver service excellence.
Provide regular reports on account status, renewal pipeline, upsell / cross-sell performance, and payment collections.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis products is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
