Job Title : Business Analyst Cybersecurity

Location : Noida / Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong focus on cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that cybersecurity considerations are integrated into all phases of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, with an emphasis on cybersecurity impacts.
Translate business objectives into clear and concise technical specifications.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, design, testing, and implementation.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance cybersecurity posture.
Work closely with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience :

5 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cybersecurity-related domains.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent documentation skills.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance standards.

Experience facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Hands-on experience working on cybersecurity-focused initiatives or within security-sensitive environments.

Familiarity with security tools, risk assessments, or regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
