Educational Program Advisor

Job descriptionEngage with US-based prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant program recommendations Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer queries Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software; Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to enhance the customer journey Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role (preferably in Ed-Tech or B2C sales) Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to work exclusively in the US time zone (9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM IST) 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
