Program Governance Lead

Role Overview

The Program Management Lead will be responsible for institutionalizing the program management and review structure for the organization. This role will ensure that large-scale initiatives are executed effectively, tracked rigorously, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize a program management framework covering initiatives across cell, packs, ESS, and chargers.
• Set up governance mechanisms – steering committees, dashboards, review cadence, and reporting structures.
• Develop and implement standardized tools, templates, and processes for project tracking and execution.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable programs and milestones .
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Provide regular execution updates to the Head Strategy, leadership team, and Board .
• Mentor and build a program management culture across the organization.
