EDUCATION : B. E or B. Tech, MBA from a front-line business school preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Core Member of Product Management team for Algonomy’s World leading (200+ customers in over 40 countries; highly rated by Gartner / Forrester etc.)
• Drive product vision and execution for our marketing personalization and content personalization product suite. Ensure Algonomy’s leadership in the rapidly evolving space of digital marketing.
• Assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop product strategy, PRDs, functional specifications and GTM plans
• Own the product road map and release cycles. Engage closely with Engineering Team to deliver the roadmap via scrum / sprint framework using well written user stories and clear backlog prioritization etc.
• Work with the Executive Team, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to create overall strategy, competitive positioning, messaging, pricing, revenue and profitability goals
• Work closely with Customer Success and Consulting to drive adoption and value for customers
• Evangelize the product and participate in the product GTM activities.
• Should be able to position product value proposition, do product demonstrations, help with RFP / RFI responses and work closely with sales and customer success teams to influence product revenue
