Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives for our customers and own the post-activation experience
- Build strong working relationships with designers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve engagement and retention of the product
- Work with the Product leadership to shape product strategy, design roadmaps & experiences, and prioritize requests using data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
- Understand different customer segments, implement the concepts of segmentation and manage the lifecycle of the user
- Manage the comms framework and insights strategy for our company
- Strive for an outcome aimed at building long-term loyalty by shipping and optimizing features
Requirements :
You have a good understanding of retention, analytics, and segmentation2-3 years of hands-on product experience working on building products or problem-solving in the consumer internet space, preferably with fintech experienceYou should love engaging people across the company at all levels with your enthusiasm for making positive changeYou have demonstrated shipping several high-impact features, end-to-end in the pastYou are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans, diving into data and deriving tangible insightsYou seek high ownership, are able to take feedback, and work in an independent environmentYou are a team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholdersMBA / B.E / B.Tech from Tier 1 Colleges (IIM / ISB / IIT / BITS) is preferred
