Job Description :

• Technical experience related to conversions, interfaces, reports, integrations and custom development
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Self motivated, with the ability to change and competing demands.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving.
• Experience in client facing and stakeholder management
• Work with functional teams to ensure the Cloud System is optimized and tailored to meet Organization's needs
• Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud systems.
• Develop and fix reports using BI publisher, extracts.
• Perform data conversions.
• Design and develop OIC based integrations.
• Experience in custom application development and extensions using Apex & VBCS
• Prepare and submit technical documentation.
• Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
• Manage integration between Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to business users.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
• Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
• Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
• ERP Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
