Role Overview
As a trainee in the IT Products Marketing and Sales Industrial Training program, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to promote and sell IT products. This role offers a blend of practical learning and real-world exposure to marketing strategies, client engagement, and sales processes in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for IT products and services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, emails, and website content.
Collaborate with the product team to understand product features and benefits for effective promotion.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to pitch IT solutions.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
MBA with specialization in Marketing and Sales from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Duration : Minimum 3 months, extendable up to 6 months based on performance.
