About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in technology and software sales who can also contribute strategically to marketing and lead generation initiatives .
This is a dual-capacity role designed for a professional who thrives in both the strategic and execution sides of sales and marketing —from generating leads and closing deals to shaping campaigns, managing brand voice, and expanding our presence across key markets in North America, Europe, and the Middle East .
Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution walkthroughs for enterprise and mid-market prospects.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle—lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain pipeline health and activity tracking in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Understand market pain points and tailor value propositions accordingly.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness and lead generation.Create and manage marketing content : case studies, whitepapers, sales decks, newsletters, and landing pages.Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across platforms.Work closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns for key accounts and segments.Use tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and automation platforms to grow and nurture the funnel.Track marketing performance through analytics tools and generate monthly reports to refine campaigns.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of combined experience in software / tech sales and marketing .Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS / AI sales lifecycle .Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools .Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Ability to switch between technical detail and high-level business value.Experience building and managing B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.Familiarity with sales enablement content creation and pitch development.A data-driven approach to both sales and marketing performance tracking.Nice to Have
Experience in selling or marketing AI / ML platforms, automation tools, or enterprise software .Understanding of key marketing metrics : CAC, MQL / SQL, LTV, etc.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager , Google Analytics , or Meta Ads Manager .Prior involvement in brand-building or product marketing for a tech company.Why Join Us
