Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Lead - Sales, located in Ahmedabad. The Design Lead - Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships. They will also be involved in market research, sales forecasting, and compiling sales reports.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Handle incoming design and project leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets
Experience in Market Research and Sales Forecasting
Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
Customer Relationship Management and Client Management skills
Leadership and Team Management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
3-4 years of experience in interior design sales, client handling, or design consultancy.
Background in the interior design industry is a MUST.
Language : Gujarati is a MUST.
