About SRV Media

SRV Media is a full-service integrated marketing and advertising agency, delivering high-performance campaigns across digital, creative, media, and strategy. We partner with brands to drive measurable business outcomes through creative storytelling, data-driven performance marketing, and 360° brand campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in advertising / media agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, pitching integrated marketing solutions, and building long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership and strategy teams to grow SRV Media’s client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within advertising, digital marketing, and creative services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Create and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and work with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, technology) to craft solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic client acquisition.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of business development / client servicing experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and proven track record in closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand marketing funnels, media planning, and creative strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • MBA in Marketing / Advertising background preferred.
