Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities for EHV, HT, and LT cables, targeting power

distribution, industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into
  • profitable sales.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives in assigned territories or
  • market segments.

    2. Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and market
  • presence.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape
  • business strategies.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support short- and long-term growth.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, consultants, contractors,
  • EPCs, and other key stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and
  • offering tailored solutions.

    4. B2B Sales & Marketing

  • Lead B2B marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with
  • company goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales tools, presentations, proposals,
  • and marketing content.
