Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hebbal, North Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring of candidates. They will also work on improving employer branding and developing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Ensuring a positive candidate experience from the initial application through the onboarding process is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Onboarding
• Skills in Interviewing, Sourcing & Hiring
• Expertise in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage other gamuts of HR, including Exit, Performance Appraisal, Payroll & Employee Engagement Activities.
• Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
• Prior Experience of 2-5 Years in Recruitment
• Should have worked on both Tech and Non-Tech Positions
