Experience : 3–5 Years (in HRBP role with Sales / Marketing workforce)

Qualification : MBA in HR, Engineering background preferred

About the Role

As Manager – HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner with the Sales & Marketing team, managing the complete HR lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention. This role is critical in building organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning & capability building.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.
• Implement and optimize sales incentive policies, rewards & recognition programs.
• Drive employee engagement & HR Connects across geographies.
• Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts & disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and improve training & development effectiveness.
• Maintain HR analytics, dashboards & sales policy benchmarking.
• Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, performance management & compensation.
