Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our direct clients and MSP accounts in the US market. This is an individual contributor role suited for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.

Work closely with direct clients and MSPs to understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.

Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Requirements

4–6 years of US IT recruitment experience (must have worked with direct clients and MSPs).

Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently (individual contributor role).

Comfortable working night shift (US time zone).

Immediate joiners preferred.
