Scope of Work
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance the performance of key departments (e.g., customer service, sales, retention). You'll serve as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate with department managers, and leverage AI tools to develop actionable strategies that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in call centers, customer service, or sales.
Strong analytical skills – Proficiency in data tools (spreadsheets, Qlik, AI-powered analytics).
Problem-solving mindset – Experience conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
AI Experience (Preferred) – Familiarity with AI-driven analysis and trend identification.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting – Use platforms like Vici Dial, CRM, and Qlik to identify trends and performance gaps.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Conduct interviews, analyze data with AI tools, and pinpoint the root causes of inefficiencies.
Performance Optimization – Monitor key metrics, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of training, tools, and process changes.
Process Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Present findings, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment on next steps.
AI-Powered Insights – Use AI to analyze sales, customer service, and retention data to drive strategic decision-making.
Feedback & Evaluation – Track action plan success, refine strategies, and participate in performance reviews to assess impact.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Action Plan Success Rate – Measurable improvements driven by recommendations.
Implementation Rate – Adoption percentage of findings by leadership.
Operational Efficiency Gains – Reduction in inefficiencies and operational costs.
