Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the CMD
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reviewing strategic business goals
- Analyze workflows, optimize business processes, and drive performance improvements
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for CMD review
- Participate in critical meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and operational standards
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
