Role Description

This is a full-time / part time remote role for an Operations Intern at Nextdeal. We're looking for an Operations Intern to support the backend workflows that power our real estate listings. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Onboarding, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings across CRM and platform

Conduct property data audits for accuracy and completeness

Assist in onboarding new property listers (brokers / owners)

Support customer inquiries related to listing or property availability

Coordinate with field agents and backend operations team

Qualifications

Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Good communication and problem-solving ability

Interest in real estate and digital platforms

Freshers can apply - a big YES
