Product Manager

We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Product Manager to help bring our vision to life. You'll be at the center of our product development process - owning the roadmap, aligning teams, and delivering real value to both internal creators and external users.

You will need to show evidence of strong strategic thinking and clear communication with crisp and clear writing. But you don't stop at PRD. You are ready to vibe code prototypes, and do what it takes to bring products to life. You'll need strong user empathy, bias for action, and the ability to stay calm and focused in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do

Own product development from problem discovery to shipped features

Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, content, and business teams

Translate complex needs into clear product specs, roadmaps, and priorities

Work directly with creators and internal teams to gather feedback and iterate

Navigate ambiguity and tight timelines with confidence and clarity

Champion the user—making sure what we build serves real creative needs

Use metrics, intuition, and user input to inform product decisions

Who You Are

2-5 years experience as a PM

Must have experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment (startups, scaleups, or similar)

Deep user empathy and a collaborative mindset

Comfortable working across time zones and functions

Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and action-oriented

Able to communicate clearly with both technical and creative teams

Willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by doing

Strong bonus points for : Technical or science education (CS, Eng, Physics, Math, etc.), Experience building media or content-related products, Background in B2C product development, Top-tier MBA or startup / operator experience
