We are expanding our Elementary Montessori program and are looking for passionate, AMI-trained educators to join our growing community.

Set within a wooded Madras bungalow - the historic Lady Napier Villa in Purasawalkam, Chennai - Brixton House Montessori reimagines early learning for a new generation.

Rooted in timeless Montessori principles and shaped by a contemporary global outlook, we offer Primary (3–6) and Elementary (6–12) programmes that nurture curiosity, confidence, and originality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an established Montessori Elementary environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom implementation.
• Good command over English language
• Well travelled

Compensation

Salary (CTC) : ₹90,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (based on calibre and experience)
