What You'll Do!

Answer customer queries with clarity and empathy
Recommend and assist in product selection
Resolve pre and post sale issues
Manage chats, calls and social media messages
Work with a fun, supportive team that values your ideas

What We are Looking for :

Strong communication in English and Hindi

Interest in beauty and cosmetics

Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Outlook

Basic computer and typing skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Qualifications :

Minimum Undergraduate Degree (Bsc, BCom, etc)

0-1 year of customer service experience preferred
