Key Responsibilities :
1. Prequalification
- Assess client eligibility based on visa type and destination country requirements.
- Conduct initial consultations to identify the client’s profile, goals, and preferences.
2. Product Explanation
Provide detailed information on different visa categories, requirements, and procedures.Educate clients about timelines, documentation, and success factors for each visa type.3. Identifying the Need
Understand client motivations (travel, migration, business, study, etc.) and match them with suitable visa options.Offer tailored advice to maximize client satisfaction and success rates.4. Sales Negotiation
Present service packages and pricing professionally.Handle objections and close sales effectively while maintaining a consultative approach.5. Sales Registration
Ensure proper documentation and registration of clients in CRM or sales systems.Collect necessary payments and ensure compliance with company policies.6. Handover to Operations Team
Provide a complete and accurate case summary to the operations team for processing.Regulatory Compliance and Expertise
