Customer Support Executive

Job descriptionTroubleshoot issues and guide users through product workflows and best practices. Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams and ensure prompt Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ticketing system. Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements. Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken. Willingness to work night / early morning hours (1 AM onwards) to support the 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role. Tech-savvy with familiarity in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first attitude. Prior experience supporting SaaS products or B2B customers. Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting or onboarding processes. Opportunity to work closely with a global customer base and fast-growing startup Growth-oriented culture that values initiative, empathy, and ownership.

Role : Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to assist our
global customers, primarily based in the US. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication skills, a strong grasp of support tools, and the ability to manage customer
queries with professionalism and care.
