Job Title : Design Associate (Autocad)

Job Level : Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting to : Engineering Head

• shall have minimum 7-8 years Total Work experience on reputed AutoCAD Software with at least 1-2 years Data Center MEP experience
• Person must be well verse with the various MEP services used in Data Center.
• Well versed in drawing preparation including Schematic drawings, P&IDs, Ducting drawing with basic sizing calculations, SLDs, Layout etc.
• Person shall be aware of the Standards used for data Center Application and MEP Services
• Person has to station in our designated place with desktop / Laptop.
• Manage and coordinates BIM standards development, implementation and quality on all related files and models.
• Provide CAD drafting / BIM modeling support
• Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors
• Knowledge of MEP services sequencing and route finalization.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements
• Manage BIM project benchmark to meet project deadlines.
• Contribute to documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards best practices, and industry advancement
• Review submittals, specs and drawings
• Services co-ordination discussions with Technical team members from Electrical-Mechanical Subject Matter Experts for Revit reviews for use by the project team including electronic document filling and all other facets of the electronic drawings and / or model
• Fluency in the current version of AutoCAD software.
• Clash detection needs to be carried out before releasing any drawing and drawing modification accordingly.
• Fluency in reading 2D plans electronically or hard copy
• Fluency in Autodesk, Autodesk Design Review of layout and design.
• Fluency for importing documents, such as spread sheets, photos, images and word processing files and draw Schematic drawing
