Requirements :

The Senior Cutover Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities for a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation. This role ensures a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment, minimizing business disruption and ensuring operational readiness.

Required Skills : Experience | 8–10+ years in SAP cutover roles; 2+ full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations | | Methodology | Deep understanding of Greenfield deployment strategies | | Leadership | Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure | | Technical Knowledge | Strong grasp of SAP modules (especially Finance), data migration, and system integration | | Communication | Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills | | Tools | Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools
