About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of calls and client interactions.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
