The key accountabilities & responsibilities  of the role :

• Responsible for responding to inbound support queries received via phone and email
• Provide application support at both Level 1 and 2, including support to key business users and IT departments.
• End to end management of all inbound support queries, progress tracking and reporting functions
• Ownership of the lifecycle of all calls, ensuring calls are closed as efficiently as practical with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible, within agreed SLA’s
• Maintain helpdesk call logging system (Salesforce) and ensure accurate recording and updating of information
• Managing stakeholder expectations, internal and external
• Ensure all interactions with customers are always conducted in a courteous and professional manner
• Optimise and execute ReadyTech Procurement methodology for service support
• Identify opportunities for improvement of ReadyTech Procurement’s processes and implement where necessary
