The Role : Leadership Trainer - India

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Trainer to deliver and enhance our bespoke Leadership Development Programme for our Officers and Ratings. This is your chance to make a real impact at sea and ashore.

The role :

• Deliver engaging, high impact leadership training across a range of maritime ranks and backgrounds.
• Adapt sessions to suit different learning styles and experience levels - no two groups are the same!
• Apply and integrate various leadership theories to real-world maritime challenges.
• Use your insights to analyse leadership shortfalls, using case studies from regulated industries.
• Keep our head office informed with concise updates and performance reporting.
• Manage session delivery within budget, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
