RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Associate - SDA Business Analyst for the Information Technology team to join in Chennai

Position Description : Act as a single point of contact between the client, sales and development teams through the entire project lifecycle. Responsible for analyzing / capturing business process and tabulating it to a module design. Coordinate the entire end-to-end process from scoping of the project to delivery to client.

Essential Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any science stream, BE, B. Tech and MBA

Technical Qualifications : Domain knowledge in RPA tools and current technologies is essential. Basic knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, processes and concepts. Good computer skills are required relative to spreadsheets and database systems.

Experience : 0 -6 Months experience in business analysis, business development in IT / RPA organizations

Organization Structure : Report to Implementation Lead

Work Schedule : Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Analysis-Works with the clients SME for end-to-end process study, identification of automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.
• Understands the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
• Calculate automation % and FTE savings.
• Reengineering and creation / identification of an optimal process for automation
• Provides detailed project requirements (license / software / effort)
• Completeness of the scoping document
• Creation of the Entitlement / Automation Schema / Solution Design Document
• Communicate to the client the findings and walk them through the proposed design of the automated process.
• Provide the Knowledge Transfer to the developers and support on any clarifications during the development!
• Create all test scenarios.
• Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
• Responsible for the complete scoping of the project with inputs from client and the development team
• Interact with Project Manager for feasibility, timelines of the project delivery.
