Work Type : Onsite 5 days

Working Hours : Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)

Staffing Industry experience

Education : Bachelor's degree

Required Skills :

• 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and / or IT Services industry (Perm Placements / Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, SOW)
• Supported SI / IT Services organizations
• Heavy end to end recruiting and sales life cycle experience
• Prior experience with Client Relationship & Communication (Hiring Manager, TAG, MSP, Procurement)
• Prior experience of Sales and Account Management experience
• Prior experience with ATS, LinkedIn and VMS tools
• Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Navigator or similar
• Prior experience with HubSpot and Zoom Info.
• Technology understanding is highly preferred.
• Ideally supported LATAM / Mexico region
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great personality and interpersonal skills
• Spanish language is highly preferred Skills
