Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience, primarily focused on MIS reporting and Excel-based data analysis .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and enhance Excel dashboards to track key performance metrics and business trends.
Utilize advanced Excel functions , formulas, and VBA macros to automate reporting processes.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or MIS Analyst.

Proficient in Advanced Excel , including formulas, conditional formatting, charts, data validation, and data modeling and Python

Hands-on experience with VBA / macros to automate repetitive tasks.

Expertise in pivot tables , VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP , Power Query (if applicable), and creating dynamic dashboards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and perform data reconciliation.

Good communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly
