Job Title : Elective Team Executive (Assigner)

Job description :

• Processing cases as per RAD proficiency and availability.
• To use a systematic approach to distribute different modalities based on the priority or STAT to the Radiologists.
• To get a clear understanding of ABR specialties to assign EL final cases.
• Timely and appropriate communication to all concerned as per the protocol.
• Strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Understand the schedules / availability of the elective radiologists.
• Provide regular feedback to the scheduler on scheduling requirements.
• Conduct regular and monthly training to team members.
• Regular updates and documentation of SOP.
• Follow the pre assignment process.
• Performing crosschecks for prior images or reports.
• To verify the current examination for the availability of the images on the servers and to follow up in any case of discrepancies as per the pre assignment protocol.
• Timely action for STAT cases by prioritizing and assigning the same.
• To Monitor cases after assignment, and to work in tandem with the teams to ensure that cases are not backed up and go ahead with reassignment whenever necessary.
• Use appropriate communication channels in a timely fashion to all concerned as per the established guidelines.
