We are currently seeking a Salesforce Billing Technical Architect to join our team in ​​​​​​​Hyderabad, Telangana, ​​​​​​​India.

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Billing Technical Architect  to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud for our clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize business value and deliver high-quality, scalable revenue management solutions across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing :

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Be the go-to expert on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price and Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition , providing strategic guidance on best practices and solution design.
• Solution Design & Architecture : Architect and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce Revenue Cloud to optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring they are aligned with the client’s business objectives and industry standards.
• Configuration & Customization : Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on critical areas such as Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition, to meet specific client needs and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Project Leadership : Offer technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to final delivery, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaboration & Innovation : Partner with product teams and industry specialists to identify and drive growth opportunities, optimizing revenue management processes and exploring innovative use cases.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing : Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill team members and enhance understanding of Revenue Cloud’s capabilities.
• Stay Current : Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
