Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Billing Expert Consultant to manage and optimize our billing processes using Salesforce Billing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's billing capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement and maintain efficient billing solutions and support the business after Go live. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless billing operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Billing to meet client business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Billing to align with clients' billing processes.
Billing Operations :
Manage and oversee the daily billing operations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Develop and maintain billing schedules, recurring billing, and subscription management.Integration & Data Management :
Integrate Salesforce Billing with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all billing-related systems.Monitor and manage data migration and data quality.Process Improvement :
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.Develop and maintain documentation for billing processes and procedures.Reporting & Analysis :
Generate and analyze billing reports to provide insights and recommendations.Track and report on key billing metrics and KPIs.Support & Training :
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Billing functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.Compliance & Security :
Ensure billing processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with company policies.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of Proven experience with Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Billing Specialist, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) preferred.Strong understanding of billing processes, subscription management, and revenue recognition.Experience with data integration and migration.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a consulting role is preferred.In-depth knowledge of quote to cash process, Salesforce Billing and understanding of financial back-office systems for GL / AR / Invoicing preferredBecome the thought leader of the Revenue Cloud practiceResponsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain(ref : hirist.tech)
