We are seeking an experienced Sn. Sales Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes within the IT sector, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing and improving sales operations.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material
- Ensure adherence to laws & policies.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of experience in sales operations in the IT Hardware or System Integration.Experience of working on OEM Portals like HP, Cisco etc.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.Adequate knowledge of SAP is a plus.Thorough knowledge about IT Hardware / Infrastructure related products and services.Any graduate or postgraduateExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Skills Required
