Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager, located in sonipat. The Club Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining equipment, developing marketing strategies, promoting membership growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fitness Club Management, including overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Skills in marketing and sales to drive membership growth and retention.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure member satisfaction and address any issues.
• Administrative skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and handling gym equipment maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
