THE ROLE : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER — THE FACE OF THE BRAND

This isn’t sales.

This is design evangelism. relationship building. solution selling. project storytelling.

You will be the leader, the connector, the trusted partner , the person architects call when they need :

  • A new material
  • A technical fix
  • A fast solution
  • A partner they trust
  • Someone who actually picks up the phone
  • You’ll walk into studios, meet brilliant architects, visit stunning project sites, and play a real role in shaping spaces across India.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND LOVE DOING)

    You will :

  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with top architects & interior designers
  • Pitch innovative materials that solve real design & construction problems
  • Manage samples, BOQs, project specs, and ongoing site pipelines
  • Conduct studio presentations and design-focused demo sessions
  • Visit project sites with our technical team to ensure perfect execution
  • Help architects make better decisions — and help us build a better brand
  • Represent us at high-energy industry events, exhibitions, and design gatherings
  • Keep CRM updated so the entire company can function like a well-oiled machine

    We’re looking for someone who sees this role and says :

    Someone who :

  • Has 1–5 years of experience selling to architects / designers
  • Has worked in materials like laminates, ply, veneers, coatings, lighting, hardware, flooring, furniture, etc.
  • Understands spec sales (or wants to master it fast)
  • Loves talking to people and building relationships
  • Has discipline with follow-ups
  • Isn’t scared of a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
  • Loves design, aesthetics, materials, and buildings
  • Can travel around Mumbai comfortably
  • Wants to grow faster than any corporate job will ever allow

    COMPENSATION

    6-9 Lacs Per Annum + strong performance incentives. Plus Bonuses.

    (If you do well, you’ll out-earn every corporate KAM at your experience level.)
