Business Analyst

Experience : 5-12 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for the new software platform.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the -platform meets business requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development and design efforts.
• Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and future-state workflows enabled by the new platform.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring timely resolution of defects.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
