Job Title : Power BI - Lead

Location : Pune

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions to meet the analytical needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, creating data models, developing reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The Power BI Senior Developer will also provide technical guidance to junior developers and actively contribute to enhancing our analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand analytical needs.
• Design and develop Power BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards, to visualize data and provide insights.
• Integrate data from different data sources
• Proficient with PowerQuery and tuning queries
• Proficient with DAX and improving the performance / tuning measures (and business logic)
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Power BI solutions.
• Implement data cleansing, transformation, and modeling techniques to prepare data for analysis.
• Work closely with data engineers and database administrators to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI solutions.
• Document processes, data models, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI solutions into existing systems and processes.
