The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to support our product development and Key Responsibilities 1) Sound Box Hardware issue FFR Ladder from MHD Funnel (Defect Wise, Aging Wise, Model wise)2) SB Performance portfolio Dashboard (BSR, Latency) : Daily / Weekly / Monthly3) Refurb At Hub & Refurb Centre Data Analysis (Defect at RC, Part Replacement , Part warranty etc)4) New Devices Closely Monitoring thru Data analysis (BSR, Latency, MHD Data etc)5) Specific Improved lot devices monitoring thru data analysis (BSR, Latency, MHD Data etc)6)To generate reports which support in monitoring device health , battery health , SW version and number of devices live in field , BSR , FFR data 7) Tracking device health related matrix : BSR , Latency , Battery backup details for New launch & refurbished products on weekly , monthly , Quarterly basis 8) Data points for Monitoring Device Life Cycle Measurement : impacting Field deployment : Sim card related issues , charging issuing ->
