Job Description

7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or related function.

• Experience in leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory
• Knowledge and experience of working within an IT delivery environment, business analysis methodologies, processes, procedures and techniques is essential.
• Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Product Management (Scrum Product Owner CSPO, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Proven experience in eliciting and managing requirements throughout the project delivery lifecycle and generating documentation.
• Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Desirable Experience / Knowledge
• Experience working within large programmes and complex technology products
• Airline industry experience.
• Passenger Service Systems – Amadeus preferred. Also, familiarity with dependent systems (upstream and downstream).
• Working experience with Airline Revenue Management, Pricing, Fare Brands, Ancilla
